Chops in Onion Sauce
1. Steam 250g of lamb chops with salt (to taste) and 1.25ml of ground ginger and garlic.
2. Sauté one large onion (chopped) in 15ml of oil and salt.
3. In a bowl, make a paste of 15ml of flour and 7.5ml of water. Add 15ml Worcestershire sauce, 22.5ml tomato sauce, 2.5ml sugar and optional pepper to taste.
4. Add tomato sauce mixture to onions and allow to cook for ±10 minutes. Add steamed chops and 150ml of water and simmer until thick.
